At Goslings, we believe that our strength on the court comes from the diversity of our community off it. We aren't just a LGBTQIA+ sports club - we are a home for every identity within our rainbow.

We recognise that even within the queer community, barriers to sport still exist - particularly for women, people of colour, transgender, non-binary and neuro-divergent people. Our mission is to actively dismantle these barriers by shifting from 'everyone is welcome' to 'everyone is represented'.

Goslings is proud of our core values of diversity, community and friendship. As a club, over the months ahead we will look at how we can live up to these values to ensure we can offer an inclusive and safe space for all our members, regardless of difference.

Visibility: We will ensure our leadership, social media and court-side presence reflect the full spectrum of our community.

 

Safety & Respect: We will uphold a zero-tolerance policy for microaggressions, homophobia, biphobia, racism, sexism or stigma. We play with heart, but we lead with respect.

 

Intentional Space: We commit to creating specific opportunities, including dedicated sessions and diverse social events, that cater to those who have historically felt side-lined in sports.
